NeoNova Acquires Leading Support and Technology Provider SecurityCoverage

Industry leaders combine expertise and capabilities to enhance rural broadband services

RALEIGH, N.C. and Cedar Rapids, Iowa (April, 2019) – NeoNova, an NRTC company, today announced it has acquired SecurityCoverage, a leading technology support and solutions provider. SecurityCoverage will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NeoNova while maintaining its headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

NeoNova and SecurityCoverage customers will not experience any immediate changes to their services or billing relationships. The terms of the acquisition were not announced.

NeoNova CEO Jason McGinnis explained the benefits of the acquisition.
