Office Manger, Rhonda Pieper joined SecurityCoverage in 2007 and oversees the overall day-to-day operations of the office. She is heavily engaged in the Human Resources area and is involved in recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, and employee relations. She also works closely with the rest of the Leadership Team to accomplish the company’s goals and objectives.
Rhonda is responsible for facilities management, coordinating both internal and external corporate events, and other activities to ensure the office runs smoothly. She leads the organization’s Culture Committee, whose purpose is to improve employee engagement and satisfaction within SecurityCoverage.
Rhonda has over 20 years of diverse office management and administrative experience. She has previously worked with a national accounting and consulting firm, a real estate appraisal office, and a financial institution. A native of Wisconsin, Rhonda received a BA in Psychology from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa.
