Vice President of Partner Services, JP Bickel, is responsible for management of product support and technical help desk support call centers. In this role, he oversees the ongoing improvements in the call center, communication with partners regarding call center performance, development of training programs, performance tracking measures, and executing the overall quality assurance program for call center operations.
Mr. Bickel served as the hosting Product Marketing Manager and then the Domain Program Manager at GoDaddy from March 2012 until January 2014. While at GoDaddy, Mr. Bickel was first responsible for the development and expansion of the hosting product line tactical development and later for the implementation and organizational integration efforts surrounding the launch of new Top Level Domains.
Before joining GoDaddy, Mr. Bickel served as the Data Services Product Manager, General Manager, and Senior Manager of Customer Service at McLeodUSA. Mr. Bickel was involved in customer service, data center marketing, and cable television management at McLeodUSA for over seventeen years.
A native of Iowa, Mr. Bickel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
