Director of Partner Development, Armond Dawson manages the development and growth of existing partner relationships, as well as facilitates new business growth for the company in the vertical markets of telecommunications, wireless and cable.
Mr. Dawson served as Director of Operations for Thomas L. Cardella & Associates from May 2010 until he joined SecurityCoverage in September of 2011. During his tenure at TLC he was responsible for managing Inbound and Outbound contact center solutions for clients representing markets such as major periodicals, medical coding, identity theft protection and retail. Mr. Dawson also served as the Director of Contact Center Operations for Infinity Contact from January 2006 until December 2009.
Before joining Infinity Contact, Mr Dawson held various roles with APAC Customer Services, Inc. from October 1995 through July 2005. In that time he was instrumental in implementing operational policies and procedures during APAC’s call center expansion in 1996 as a member of the start-up team. Afterwards he transitioned to Client Services serving as a liaison and managing strategic relationships with APAC’s clients focused on program implementation and execution, profit and loss management, and client satisfaction. As Director of Operations with APAC, Mr. Dawson managed a region of outbound call centers.
In addition, Mr. Dawson co-owned a retail clothing store in downtown Cedar Rapids from 2003 through 2005.
