Customer Service Representative

We have a variety of full- and part-time shifts available in our call center – weekends, daytime, AND evening shifts.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering and responding to in-bound customer support calls, providing customer service, and troubleshooting our customers’ billing and technical issues. You will also educate our customers on our products and provide other information as needed, all while providing world-class customer service!

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with a computer
  • One to two years of prior experience in a customer service and/or call center atmosphere
  • A desire to work in a helpdesk call center environment
  • Be comfortable and enjoy being on the phone
  • Team player
  • Positive work history and excellent attendance record
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Work well under pressure

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Individual must be comfortable sitting for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach, see, hear, sit, type, and speak for extended periods of time
