SecureIT is a single service that is made up of a suite of technologies that are fully managed and supported to protect your customer's computer.

Managed virus protection
SecureIT Plus incorporates anti-virus protection from ClamAV as well as SecurityCoverage's own real-time threat monitoring software.
Microsoft patch management
One particularly important element of maintaining a secure and reliable computer is staying up to date on critical software patches. SecurityCoverage patch management provides a daily assessment of missing critical patches for Microsoft Operating Systems and automatically applies them after rigorous testing to ensure continued protection.
Monthly e-mail summary & online reporting
To increase the value of the service, SecurityCoverage has developed a unique online reporting application that allows users to view vital computer protection statistics throughout the life of their subscription. These detailed reports show information such as the number of viruses a user's computer has been protected from and the number of updates that have been applied. For small business environments and homes with multiple computers, these reports will also show a roll-up of all computers so the user can see in a single view the protection that has been provided. A summary report is e-mailed to users on a monthly basis.
Professional installation*
SecureIT Plus can be installed via a CD, download, or we also offer professional installation. Your customers can call a toll free number. Once your customer gives us temporary access to their computer, we can perform a remote installation. Your customer can sit back and relax while trained SecureCoverage technicians do the work.
* An Internet connection is required for remote installation. For instances when a computer cannot acquire an Internet connection, the SecurityCoverage technicians can help the customer perform the installation by walking them through the appropriate steps over the phone. This will require that the customer be an active participant in the installation.

Unlike Norton and McAfee who charge for technical support calls, technical support for SecureIT Services is offered free of charge.
