 Permission based file transfers
To aid in the support process, technicians can transfer files to and from the customer's PC. The customer is in complete control of this file transfer and can choose to allow or deny each transfer request or the entire remote session.

Since the customer initiates the connection to the technician, all traffic is outbound from the PC and in most cases requires no firewall modifications.

Technicians have complete mouse and keyboard control of the customer's PC just as if they were sitting at the PC itself.

The Remote PC Support Platform is optimized to work over even low bandwidth connections with limited lag time and interruption. It is even smart enough to temporarily adjust wallpaper settings so only the minimal amount of bandwidth and image transfer is required.
