Stephen Gray

Mr. Gray served as President of McLeodUSA Incorporated from April 2002 until he retired on December 31, 2004. He was one of the original founders when he joined McLeodUSA in September 1992 as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. He was also a member of the Board's Executive Committee.

While at McLeodUSA, Mr. Gray oversaw the operations of the company's primary business units consisting of its CLEC, ILEC, Directory Publishing and Cable/Telephony divisions. Additionally, Mr. Gray led the development of the company's overall strategy and its merger/acquisition efforts.

Prior to joining McLeodUSA, Mr. Gray served as Vice President of Business Services at MCI and Senior Vice President of National Accounts and Carrier Services for Telecom USA where his responsibilities included marketing, customer service, and sales support.

A native of Tennessee, Mr. Gray earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee.


Robert O'Dell

Mr. O'Dell was one of Iowa's first certified security professionals (CISSP) and founder of the Eastern Iowa ISSA (Information Systems Security Association) chapter. Mr. O'Dell has been involved in information technology, information security, product development, and product marketing for the past eight years.

Before founding SecurityCoverage, Mr. O'Dell worked as the Information Security Officer for AEGON USA Finance and Insurance Companies. As AEGON's Information Security Officer, Mr. O'Dell was responsible for the development of enterprise wide security services including security architecture and consulting, education and training, technology infrastructure management, security reporting, and security policy management.

Prior to AEGON Mr. O'Dell was Director of Product Management for Novell, Inc with direct responsibility for many of Novell's Internet security products.

A native of Iowa, Mr. O'Dell earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa.


Ron Yoder

Mr. Yoder was employed at SBC communications from December 2002 to November 2005 where he served as a Global Account Manager, handling several of SBC's largest customers in Central Illinois. Among his successes, he helped develop and implement VOIP strategies, negotiated Master Service Agreements and created an overall account strategy that lead to the top performing account group in 2005.

Prior to joining SBC, Mr. Yoder was with Sprint as a major account representative, earning the region's Top Newcomer honors. Accomplishments included sale and implementation of large frame relay and IPVPN networks.

Prior to joining Sprint, Mr. Yoder spent 9 years with McLeodUSA where he served in various capacities. Beginning his career as a successful Account Manager in Peoria, Illinois, he moved into a management role when he was tapped to open an expansion office in Orland Park, Illinois.

After two years as a sales manager, Mr. Yoder moved to Bloomington, Illinois, to handle major account sales. This move followed McLeodUSA's purchase of Consolidated Communications and QST, Inc. These companies brought a suite of facilities-based telephony and optical services that Mr. Yoder was responsible for bringing to the established McLeodUSA customer base.

Mr. Yoder holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master's Degree in Athletic Administration from Illinois State University.


Eric Christoffersen

Mr. Christoffersen served as Senior Manager - Customer Service at Yellow Book USA from May 2002 until December 23, 2005. While at Yellow Book USA Mr. Christoffersen was responsible for the development and growth of enterprise wide customer relationship management.

Prior to joining Yellow Book USA, Mr. Christoffersen served as Manager - Service Delivery and Senior Project Manager - Customer Service at McLeodUSA . Mr. Christoffersen has been involved in customer service, service delivery and service implementation management for the past six years.

A native of Iowa, Mr. Christoffersen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Beloit College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.


Jon Bartleson

Mr. Bartleson served as a Director of Finance and Business Unit Controller at McLeodUSA Incorporated from March 2000 until he joined SecurityCoverage in May 2006. From March 1997 to February 2000, Mr. Bartleson held various financial management and operating finance positions at McLeodUSA. While at McLeodUSA, Mr. Bartleson was responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, product pricing and margin analysis and business model development for the Sales and Marketing business units as well as various corporate special projects.

Prior to joining McLeodUSA, Mr. Bartleson was an audit manager at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, where he was employed from September 1991 to February 1997. A native of Iowa, Mr. Bartleson earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Accountancy degree from Northeast Missouri State University.


John Gates

Prior to joining SecurityCoverage, Mr. Gates worked for Maytag Appliances most recently as the Vice President of Sales responsible for directing the efforts of the Independent/ Buying group structure. He served 28 years in a variety of customer development and sales leadership roles, joining SecurityCoverage in September of 2006.

While at Maytag Mr. Gates served as the Vice President of Customer Development. In this role he had responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the National Account Customer Teams with focus placed on the development of strategic customer relationships. Additionally Mr. Gates served on the development team responsible for the design and implementation of Maytag's Go-To-Market Strategy.

A native of Iowa, Mr.Gates received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing in from the University of Northern Iowa


Michelle Bates

Ms. Bates served as the Technical Infrastructure Manager at HNI Corporation, in Muscatine, IA, from 2005 - 2007. She was responsible for the Global Support Services for this leading office furniture manufacturer, managing people, processes and technology for multiple locations.

Prior to joining HNI Corporation, Ms. Bates was with Midland Information Resources from 2000-2005. She began as a Project Manager, and moved into the role as the Director of Custom Development before ultimately becoming their Director of Technology.

Ms. Bates also spent time with The FREEDOM Group, a Fiserve Company, as a Product Manager for one of the nations leading compliance software solutions in the Unclaimed Property industry.

In addition Ms. Bates has held positions with Applied Systems and Hochstedler Insurance Agency. She has over fifteen years experience in the technology industry.

A native of Iowa, Ms. Bates earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Houston.


Rich King

Mr. King served as a Director of Operations for Infinity Contact from January 2006 until he joined SecurityCoverage in August 2007. While at Infinity Contact, Mr. King was responsible for managing the support functions for CRM Automotive Operations, directing the IT staff, recruiting & training practices as well as various special projects.

Prior to joining Infinity Contact, Mr. King was Director of Customer Care for McLeodUSA, where he was employed from January 1997 to January 2006. During his nine years with McLeodUSA, Mr. King held various roles with the last six spent managing Customer Care Centers. As Director of Customer Care Mr. King created & implemented the strategic planning and development for the customer service operations. He oversaw multiple call center locations plus the field account management resources. Mr. King was prolific in developing and implementing a workforce organizational strategy that increased customer satisfaction, increased one call resolution and decreased resolution timeframes.

In addition, prior to joining McLeodUSA, Mr. King spent three years with Parsons Technology in an array of marketing positions including Product Manager.

Mr. King has over fifteen years of professional experience and has accrued diverse knowledge with proven success in Customer Service Call Center/Operations, Program/Process Management, Marketing Management, Business-to-Business Selling and Account Management. A native of Ohio, Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
